Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, phone number, and your health information (see below). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Your Health Information
As part of your Order Information, we collect, handle, and process your eye glass prescription data and certain measurements regarding your eyes, vision, vision health and needs for eyeglasses. This information is stored securely and shared with third parties involved in the manufacturing, assembling, and distribution of your order.
Your health information is not for sale. We do not share or sell your confidential health information with any third party besides those involved in the manufacturing, assembling, and distribution of your order
Because the Site is an e-commerce platform, the health information entered and stored as part of the Order Information is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). However, we take great care to maintain the privacy and protection of the data you enter.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Provide customer service to you, to respond to your questions, to contact you regarding your order;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may provide your information to our contractors, agents, and service providers as necessary to enable them to perform certain services for us, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, delivery services, payment processing, vision insurance claim processing, account registration, website-related services, such as web hosting, improvement of website-related services and features, maintenance services, marketing services, and data analytics.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
California residents have the right to know about the personal information a business collects about them and how it is used and shared; the right to delete personal information collected from them (with some exceptions); the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Note that after honoring your request to delete your personal data, we may retain some information as required or permitted by law.
We offer a "virtual try-on" experience within our website. This allows our customers insight into how the frames we sell will look on their faces. Any data submitted via this tool (images taken and biometric information) is stored locally on the device being used and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Due to the simulated nature of the try-on previews, our frames may not fit on your face exactly as shown.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Adult supervision is mandatory when ordering prescription glasses for anyone under the age of 18.
